🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
* Answer product inquiries and help customers find exactly what they need.
* Negotiate and prepare accurate quotations tailored to client requirements.
* Follow up with customers to close sales and confirm orders.
* Handle the full order process, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring everything is accurate and smooth.
* Work directly with couriers to track deliveries and solve any issues.
* Double-check product specs to make sure the right items are delivered.
* Share regular updates with the marketing team about trends and inquiries you’re seeing.
* Coordinate with the finance team to report key sales figures and payment updates.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
* A student or recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Clear communicator in both English and Arabic.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet.
* Comfortable juggling tasks and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Curious about how technical products are sold, marketed, and delivered.
* Bonus if you’re familiar with industrial tools, components, or B2B sales.
