About The Role

We are seeking three experienced Technical Sales Engineers to join our team. These roles will focus on expanding our client base by identifying and sourcing opportunities within the custom plastic injection molding industry. Our ideal candidates have a solid technical foundation, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source custom plastic injection molding opportunities for production.

Demonstrate technical features of injection molding capabilities to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Travel to customer sites to provide personalized service and support.

Manage on-site visits to showcase the facility and processes.

Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.

Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals, track progress, and adjust strategies to maximize success.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

5+ years of experience in Technical Sales within the custom injection molding industry.

Solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom plastic injection molding.

Previous experience in a customer-facing/Engineering role.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility and willingness to travel to customer sites.
