MISSION

Drive business growth by developing projects and increasing sales within the food and beverage industry. Manage key accounts and actively expand the prospect portfolio, ensuring strong client relationships and business opportunities. Align all actions with the company's commercial strategy, primarily across the European market.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct active market intelligence to identify and prioritize business opportunities, proactively prospecting and qualifying potential new clients.
  • Propose innovative solutions and develop strategic action plans in collaboration with key accounts to meet their needs and anticipate market trends.
  • Lead high-impact negotiations, securing competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage and execute your commercial action plan, working closely with internal teams to achieve ambitious sales objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our expertise and strengthening our market presence.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administration team (ADV) to refine order forecasts and enhance service rates, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.


PROFILE

  • Degree in industrial processes engineering (food industry, chemistry, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals) or higher technical education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales with a European scope.
  • Proven expertise in sales and negotiation with key accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge in biotechnologies, preferably in the ingredients and/or enzyme sector.
  • Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for challenges are key to success in this role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).


Willingness to travel regularly in Europe and monthly at Caen (14).
