What You’ll Do:

  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology, including engineering software and digital solutions, to help businesses improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, answer inquiries, and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop long-term partnerships, navigate procurement processes, and execute sales strategies.
  • Balance multiple opportunities while keeping track of sales data and insights.


Requirements:

  • A background in engineering and an interest in sales is ideal.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to hit targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with engineering software, CAE tools, IoT platforms, PLM solutions, or MES solutions is a plus.
