As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Revenue Operations Intern to join our Revenue Operations team for [Summer/Fall] 2025. The intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working directly with our Salesforce Administrator, contributing to real projects and systems that support the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
The intern will also take ownership of an individual project tailored to their strengths and career goals, which they'll present to leadership at the end of the program. Project timelines and goals will be shared at the beginning of the internship.
Responsibilities
* Assist with documentation, auditing, and process optimization for key GTM systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Tableau, etc.)
* Support data hygiene and validation tasks using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros
* Troubleshoot systems issues and help implement operational improvements
* Collaborate on automation, reporting, and forecasting initiatives
* Shadow team members across Sales Ops and Systems to understand cross-functional workflows
* Draft internal documentation and support knowledge-sharing efforts

Qualifications
* A junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Able to commit to a full-time (40 hours per week) work schedule between June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, advanced formulas, and data manipulation
* Demonstrated interest in CRM systems, business process design, or data operations
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
* Self-motivated with a desire to learn fast and collaborate across teams
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
