This is a contract role for a technical recruiter based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Recruiter to help accelerate growth on our team in San Francisco.

We’re looking for someone who’s done this before—someone who can own outbound sourcing for high-caliber software engineers, cybersecurity engineers, and technical customer success positions with an emphasis on candidates in security, infrastructure, and deep systems roles. You’ll work closely with our founders and engineers to shape sourcing strategy, generate pipeline, and improve how we bring talent into the company.

What you’ll do:

• Partner directly with founders to define and refine candidate profiles
• Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines for software engineering and technical roles
• Source across LinkedIn, GitHub, Ashby and other technical platforms
• Write sharp, high-signal outbound that reflects our bar and culture
• Track and report on weekly metrics (activity, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness)

What We’re Looking For:

• Have 3–6 years of experience sourcing for software engineers at early-stage startups or specialized agencies
• Are fluent with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and outbound automation platforms
• Have a track record of placing engineers in security, infrastructure, or systems-level roles
• Are fast, thoughtful, organized, and operate well in ambiguity
