🔍 What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

• Be confident and comfortable interacting with new people regularly.
• Have the ability to assess potential using smart and insightful questions.
• Be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Bring a strong sense of ownership, positivity, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Be open to working extended hours when required.
• Have hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn RPS (Global), and MS Excel.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of eligible candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback.
• Qualify or reject candidates as per client requirements.
• Be the point of contact for candidate queries.
• Achieve weekly outreach targets via calls and emails.
• Maintain an organized and updated candidate database.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in B.Tech, B.E., or MBA.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn RPS Global, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Energetic, positive, and passionate about recruitment.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours and 6 days per week.
• Candidates with experience in IT hiring are preferred; however, Non-IT hiring experience is also welcomed.
• Exposure to UAE and Europe hiring is a bonus, though Indian hiring experience is prioritized.
