As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and the submission of candidates. To ensure success as a Technical Recruiter, you should have advanced knowledge of information technology, recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements Communicating with the corporate team Posting job applications on social media and job sites Sourcing potential candidates Screening candidate résumés Assisting with résumé conversions Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements Conducting screenings Conducting interview prep sessions Submitting candidates Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews Managing the résumé database Maintaining relationships with candidates Technical Recruiter Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, business, communications, or similar field Previous experience working as a Technical Recruiter Strong understanding of information technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced interpersonal skills Critical thinking skills Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and webcam Excellent decision-making skills Good organizational skills
