The Role


We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Technical Recruiter to execute high-volume, high-quality hiring with speed and precision. This role requires a proactive sourcing expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, optimizing offer and close rates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities


  • Source, vet, and close bar-raising senior technical consultants into our consulting practice areas
  • Source candidates using a variety of creative means, including our ATS and proactive recruitment of passive candidates through online databases and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Searches
  • Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to, and including, the onsite interview. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone interviews, coordinating and scheduling remote and onsite interviews, and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process
  • Work with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availability
  • Extend and negotiate verbal offers when needed
  • Frequently update our Applicant Tracking System with current applicant pipeline development and status information
  • Creation and maintenance of recruiting reports as necessary



Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in Technology Consulting or Professional Services firms required, specifically recruiting software consulting engineers. You understand the sophistication of custom project work but also the urgency of staff augmentation.
  • Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment for high-volume hiring. Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing strategies to optimize hiring speed and quality. Understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements within a competitive talent market.
  • Strong grasp of recruiting within fast-growing industries such as consulting and technology. Ability to evaluate candidate skill sets effectively, even in technical hiring scenarios. Knowledge of market trends, talent supply and demand, and compensation benchmarks to stay ahead of hiring needs. Experience recruiting broad skillsets in the SDLC, particularly Java engineers as well as WebUI/JavaScript engineers.
  • Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals. Experience working cross-functionally with HR, technical teams, and leadership to refine job descriptions and streamline hiring processes. Agile approach to recruiting, adapting hiring strategies based on candidate feedback and market shifts.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Ability to leverage recruiting analytics and hiring metrics to drive process improvements and optimize conversion rates. Experience automating and optimizing recruitment workflows for speed and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage and close top talent. Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

The contrating rate range for this position in New York, NY is $40-$50 USD/hour
