Job Description: Technical Property Manager

 

We are one of Europe's leading real estate investors. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Technical Property Manager to support the management of our ever-growing number of assets.

Location: Warsaw (Dworzec Gdański)

Employment Type: full-time job, immediate employment, contract of employment


Key Responsibilities

 

1.   Managing the Building's Technical Infrastructure

  • Overseeing the operation of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, etc.).
  • Coordinating technical inspections, maintenance, and servicing in compliance with regulations.
  • Cooperating with service providers and supervising their work.
  • Optimizing energy consumption and implementing energy-saving solutions.


2. Planning and Executing Renovations and Upgrades

  • Developing plans for building renovations and modernization.
  • Supervising technical and investment projects.
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines for technical works.
  • Optimizing costs related to repairs and investments.


3. Ensuring Compliance with Regulations and Standards

  • Monitoring and implementing legal requirements for building operations.
  • Organizing mandatory inspections and audits (e.g., fire protection, UDT).
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and ESG standards.


4. Supporting the Property Management Team

  • Working closely with the Property Manager on building maintenance.
  • Providing technical support to tenants.
  • Controlling and analyzing building related technical costs.
  • Advising on technical optimization of the property.


5. Reporting and Technical Documentation

  • Maintaining building documentation and archiving service reports.
  • Preparing reports on the technical condition and investment plans.
  • Analyzing energy consumption and recommending optimization actions.


Who Are We Looking For?

 

  • Technical education (e.g., civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering).
  •  Experience in managing technical infrastructure in commercial buildings.
  •  Knowledge of building regulations and operational standards.
  • Ability to work with BMS systems and manage technical services.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • English language skills, category B driving license
