Job description: Provide technical support and solving in New Development, production stage and final quality control. Coordinate the work among departments with our Swiss Head Office and Asia supplies during New Product Development and production stage. Responsible for control drawings, product specifications, engineering document for operations. Conduct 2D and 3D T-Drawing software on technical support when need. Conduct technical and failure analysis for product improvement. Respond to customer technical enquirers and liaise with suppliers. Conduct QA and QC to the supplies and coordinate with our Swiss office. Supervise QA department. Requirements: High Diploma or above in Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years working experience in Watches trading or manufacturing industry. Strong technical skill with experience in NPD, production and quality control. Familiar with Europe and other major market’s high-end watches quality and requirements. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin. Proficient in technical drawing’s software(such as AutoCAD ,Solidwork, Pro/Engineer ect,or some specialist drawing’s software).-Well organized, with good interpersonal &communication skill. Willing to travel China, when necessary.
