Job Title: Technical Project Lead / Agile Project Manager

I am searching for a Technical Project Lead / Agile Project Manager to bridge the gap between technical and business teams whilst ensuring a smooth project delivery for a snowflake implementation. You will also play a key role in coordinating and guiding local and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands on experience in Snowflake DWH along with strong business acumen in Banking or Financial Real Estate.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project leadership.
• Extensive experience in Snowflake DWH (Must have)
• Hands on experience with SQL, Python, and ETL.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Financial Real Estate.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple levels.
• Knowledge/experience with data visualisation tools (Nice to have)

Day to day Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead the snowflake implementation in an agile WoW.
• Conduct stakeholder management across multiple levels - from developers to senior leadership.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Support project tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Review, create, and maintain high-quality documentation for data and integration processes.
• Collaborate with and provide oversight to the offshore development team.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation (light technical work, no heavy development).
• Identify and address project risks, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agile practices and team processes.
