Summary
Responsibilities:
You will partner closely with our leaders across our Scrum teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and extensible solutions and sticky products that delight our customers
You will be responsible for growing a team of Scrum Masters and the career growth of each Scrum Master.
You will have the opportunity to impact our product delivery lifecycle by ensuring our teams are well positioned to deliver on milestones
You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining scalable documentation and processes
You will work with Product, Engineering, and IT Ops leaders to ensure we have the tools and systems in place to effectively collect and track data needed to learn and pivot on our products and delivery
You’ll understand our technical approach, will have the technical depth to ask meaningful and transformational questions at the right stages of the SDLC, and will strongly advocate for both the technical and product teams, ensuring we’re appropriately resourced to move against our strategic bets
Partner closely with our client-facing product teams to ensure we delivers best-in-class, reliable, scalable technical solutions
Work with engineering and product managers to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources
Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to project stakeholders
Work to optimize standardized processes across teams to ensure efficiency in agile development, break down communication barriers, and hold teams accountable to our operating cadence norms that accelerate the product lifecycle
Build transparency in processes and timelines by creating communication norms and artifacts
Ensure our teams can move against and deliver on our goals by swiftly and accurately breaking down projects and identifying milestones
Ensure the teams are on track to meet milestones, communicating early and often when blockers or uncertainties are uncovered
Engage with product and engineering leaders on cross-functional strategic planning and business planning process, producing project artifacts such as roadmaps and technical documentation
Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a TPM (or PMO) in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment
3+ years experience leading organization(s) through Agile transformation
3+ years experience as a Scrum Master and/or leading Scrum Masters
2+ years experience with Cloud/AWS related projects
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Roswell, GA 30076
