About the Role – Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect

This role is designed for an accomplished professional who brings a balanced blend of technical acumen and strategic project leadership.

📍 Location: Trivandrum

📅 Experience Required: 6–8 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.
• Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and tools.
• Drive business process automation through Power Apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint forms) and Power Automate.
• Integrate data visualization and reporting using Power BI and Dataverse.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and manage delivery expectations.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for effective tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies to ensure delivery excellence.
• Mentor project teams and enforce best practices in development and deployment.

Skills & Technical Expertise

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience in SharePoint development and architecture
• Proficiency in:
• Power Apps (minimum skill level: 4/5)
• Power Automate (4/5)
• Dataverse and Power BI (3/5)
• JIRA and Confluence (3/5)
• Proven stakeholder management skills (5/5)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Office 365 and Azure services
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
