We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building project and installation management software for the wide-format print and signage industry. Our platform is used globally to manage thousands of installations for some of the world’s biggest brands.
We’re a small, fast-moving team with high standards and a collaborative spirit. We're now looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us drive delivery across our Engineering team in Lviv — ensuring clarity, structure, and momentum across product development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Delivery & Execution
Translate scoped features into structured, developer-ready sub-tasks
Work closely with our Tech Lead and Engineering Manager, and the dev team to ensure clear priorities and progress tracking
Support sprint planning, backlog management, QA handoff, and release delivery
Collaboration Across Teams
Join a small, high-context product scoping group — Serhii (Tech), Liana (Ops/Product), Nastia (Product), and Andrii (Product Design) — before engineering estimates begin
Process & Workflow Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in delivery and take ownership of removing them
Improve sprint rituals and tracking — without over-engineering the process
Own communication of timelines, blockers, and releases to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years in a technical project manager or delivery manager role in a software environment
Proven ability to break down scopes into clear developer tasks (we will ask for examples)
Clear understanding of software development — we're looking for a technically adept PM, not a jira ticket tracker
Excellent written skills — task descriptions must be clean, unambiguous, and developer-ready
Fluent in both Ukrainian and English
Bonus Points (not required, but helpful)
Experience in SaaS or early-stage startups
Exposure to Laravel and React
Strong alignment with how small, focused teams get real things done
What You Can Expect
Real impact in a team that ships and iterates fast
Collaboration across product, engineering, and leadership — no silos
Global customers, a team-first culture, and a role that shapes how work gets done
A great office in central Lviv, with a determined approach to building an environment our team love to work in
Please note, this is an in-office role. Please don’t apply if you’re looking for remote/hybrid.
