Wind Integrated Solutions, Oracle Partner in Egypt, KSA & UAE is looking for a "Technical Software Project Manager" to join their team.

Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of the projects.
• Develop project plans, risk plans, and mitigation plans.
• Construct detailed work plans to ensure the best resource utilizations.
• Assist in assigning project roles, tasks and estimated times to the dedicated team members and monitor their working hours using PM tools.
• Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
• Submit monthly and weekly status reports both internally to stakeholders, and externally to the clients.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.
• Detect and analyze project risks and problems as-well-as provide proper solutions.
• Organize, attend and participate in meetings with the clients and send MOM to them.
• Modify project plan according to any changes that occur.
• Track overall progress and accomplishment of projects milestones and ensure project deadlines are met successfully.
• Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure the quality of projects deliverables.
• Assist in delivering completed software products to the clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide support to project managers, management & team members when requested.
• Motivate project team members and facilitate their job.
• Research new tools, technologies regarding project management.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
  
  
  

Scrum Master certified.

• Project management certification (PMP)
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Software or technology background is a must
