The Central Security ORD (Organization Risk and Defense) under Central Products is part of the broader security framework that focuses on ensuring the safety and security of products and infrastructure.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Communications
- Assist with key report production, content aggregation, and follow-up
- Manage timelines and track progress
- Draft posts and other communications for XDR Operations and pods as needed
- War Room Support
- Coordinate event logistics, planning, and timelines
- Provide communication support, speaker and attendee tracking, and SWAG ordering assistance
- Task and OKR Tracking
- Support XDR Operations OKR tracking and gathering updates
- Support translating VIRT AAR actions to tasks. Maintain lightweight visibility on tasks (as needed - may be covered by the future scribe role)
- Process Development and Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Update and develop processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Must Have Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience
- Agile background with sprint planning and familiarity with project management tools like Asana, JIIRA etc
- Experience working with cross functional teams - engineering or operational technical teams
- Skilled in building leadership - level reporting to support strategic project planning and decision - making.
- Adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights that align with organizational goals.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Seeking someone with experience in working with metrics comfortable analyzing, defining and refining key indicators to support data- driven decision making.
- Degree in Security Operations and investigations
- Operational skills; infrastructure ops, IT operations or network operations
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr - USD $75.00/Hr.
