Job Details
As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technology projects. You will drive the successful build-out of our new ticketing platform and lead a major HR solutions integration—all while working closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, including a SaaS-based ticketing system and HR solutions integration
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans and manage progress against established milestones
Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during development cycles
Manage third-party vendors and SaaS providers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Ensure project documentation is current and accessible to all relevant teams
Report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
Proven track record managing SaaS-based platform implementations
Experience with ticketing systems or HR technology platforms a strong plus
Strong understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
Nice to Have
Background in entertainment, media, or events
Technical background or familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration
PMP or Scrum Master certification
