Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to address issues that may arise
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
Manage project resources and budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
Experience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
