Responsibilities And Duties

• Project management for assigned development accounts utilizing PMI’s PMP processes and best practices
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage project teams of technical engineers
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage project change requests and scope creep, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in development or quality assurance
• 3-5 years of customer support experience in the IT industry
• 5+ years of experience handling major accounts and project management
• Highly organized self-starter
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines both independently and in a team structure
• Experience working with US/UK based clients as Technical Project Manager on IT projects with successful track record
• Experience on IT Project estimation techniques
• Manage intercompany and client expectations
• Must excel in written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to working within AWS and other cloud hosted environments a plus
• Knowledge and experience managing projects utilizing a variety of Development Methodologies (i.e.: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) SAFe Agile training and certification preferred
• Experience with tracking/management systems such as Jira and Confluence a must
  
  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Project Management certification preferred
