Job Description
One of our largest banking clients is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their Global Client Implementation team within their Treasury Services division. This team is mainly responsible for the project management piece of the Client Enablement space. The Client Enablement team focuses on supporting clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing support related to their services and well as playing a crucial role in ensuring clients understand and effectively utilize their offerings. This individual will act as the main point of contact for client project updates and is responsible for pointing the client in the right direction for any of the moving parts within client onboarding, which can include KYC, compliance, regulatory requirements, etc. Each project ranges from 4-6 months and they will be managing 4-5 projects at once. The projects themselves stretch across a few different areas of the bank: fintech, ACHs, payments, APIs, etc. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 of project management experience from either an Agile or Waterfall background. They must have experience from a client facing role and can manage pressing client expectations working across multiple projects at a time. The individual will be some managing LATAM client relationships, where some of the work coming in will be supporting Brazilian banks, and it is required that this person is bilingual in English and Portuguese. This person can sit out of either their Pittsburgh (PA, Lake Mary (FL), or NYC office.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of Project Management experience from an Agile and Waterfall background
Fluent in Portuguese (and ideally Spanish) and strong writing skills for both English + Portuguese
Experience in client facing role, ability to manage high client expectations working across 4-5 projects at a time
Comfortable communicating and managing priorities both internally and externally on a project
Experience using Microsoft Office to create proposals and put together project materials
Bachelors or Associates degree PMP certification
Banking experience
Computer science background
Background in technical writing null
