• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to prioritize and manage work.
• Utilize Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe to drive project efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage project scope and change requests to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience working with software development teams and understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred candidates would hold Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM

• Experience in cloud technologies, DevOps, or enterprise software development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile engineering best practices.
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and provide strategic solutions.
