Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Oracle Forms

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Forms/Reports to lead enterprise application projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing development, enhancement, and migration projects, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of Oracle Forms projects (development, enhancement, migration).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, developers, and QA to define scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage onsite/offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide technical leadership on Oracle Forms best practices and modernization strategies.
• Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, design specs, test plans, and deployment processes.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of project management experience with Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred:

• Experience with modernization of legacy Oracle Forms applications.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
