Black Mountain Dynamics secures and supports the IT infrastructure for small and mid-size enterprises. We need a Project Manager who guides multiple client projects from initial site build out to production launch.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise scale IT network deployment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of networking infrastructure with exceptional project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting all quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 10-20 concurrent network deployment projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including network engineers, construction trades, IT vendors
• Attend or conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout project execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, technical specifications, and deployment plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Experience with project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Capability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans

Preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with enterprise-level network security implementations
• Background in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
