JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide planning and management of product development projects, leading a project team consisting of members drawn from different functions within the company * Ensure projects are completed to specification, on time and within budget * Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members * Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges * Carry out design reviews and stage gate reviews * Interact with external vendors and manufacturing partners * Work with procurement team and CDM to assist them with technical input to ensure timely preparation of BoM for products * Regularly report progress to senior management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * M.Sc. in a relevant technology area, such as Integrated Photonics, Optics, Electrical Engineering * 3+ years of relevant experience in technical project management * Ability to adapt and operate under tight deadlines * Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATION * Experience in developing LIDAR systems * Experience in developing products based on integrated photonics technology
