Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering teams, generate timelines and milestones for each project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the status of each project.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met on spec, and communicate their status to internal and external stakeholders, making trade-offs as needed.
• Manage project resources and identify and escalate resource constraints promptly.
• Anticipate and identify issues and risks in meeting timelines, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a project Manager in Healthcare Software/Medical Device R&D or similar regulated environment with a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and delivering cross-functional technology projects
• 5-8 yrs of technical project management experience for AI/Sofware products in healthcare
