We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in web and mobile application development and cloud-based ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading distributed, remote-first teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.

In this role, you'll:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers across different time zones
• Translate business requirements into clear technical action items and timelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep the team focused and on track

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of software development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget constraints
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of software development to guide the team in technical decision-making, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure best practices are followed
• If you possess web development skills, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights and expertise in web-related projects and technologies
• Lead and motivated cross-functional project teams, consisting of developers, designers, QA testers, and other technical professionals, fostering collaboration and productivity
• Oversee testing, quality control, and adherence to coding standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue tracking, ensuring a well-organized project record
  
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within tech companies or software development environments
• Proven experience managing web, mobile, and cloud-based projects
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working across time zones and handling asynchronous communication
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
