We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a mechanical background to join a fast-growing and innovative U.S. technology company. You’ll be responsible for following up on production activities involving tooling, fixtures, and mechanical assemblies, ensuring technical tasks progress according to plan. This is not a management role, but it requires strong communication skills and full autonomy in task coordination.

Important: strong English skills (spoken and written) are a strict requirement. You’ll work daily in an English-speaking environment. Compensation is paid in USD, and occasional travel may be expected.

• Track progress of mechanical components, tooling, and fixture development
• Maintain updated project timelines and follow up on deliverables
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Escalate potential delays or risks proactively
• Ensure documentation and reporting are consistently updated

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical production or project coordination
• Background in mechanical engineering, tooling, or related disciplines
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes or assembly operations
• Excellent English is mandatory – this is a daily working language, not optional
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours
• Methodical, dependable, and focused on quality execution
