Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to read and understand code (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience in solution architecture and technical design.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power Point for creating presentations and reports.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Certifications in project management is a plus (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Read and understand code to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
• Collaborate with solution architects to suggest and implement technical approaches.
• Translate user requirements into detailed tasks and user stories.
• Brief and guide developers on task execution and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
