Job Role – Technical Project Manager (Java Background)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Java-based application development projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive technical discussions with Java developers, understanding architectural choices and trade-offs.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed project status reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java development or Java-based systems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
