The Work: * Manage and oversee all aspects of technical projects within a SOC environment, ensuring timely and successful delivery. * Lead agile project teams, implementing agile methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity. * Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure adherence to project objectives. * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain agile practices. * Create detailed reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to clients and stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly, providing solutions and escalation paths as necessary. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and final deliverables. * Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and procedures within the SOC environment. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Here's what you need: * 5 years of experience in technical project coordination/management, preferably within a SOC or cybersecurity environment. * Bachelors Degree required * Experience with agile methodologies * Experience creating reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel * Experience presenting to stakeholders * Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI * For candidates relocating to Huntsville a relocation bonus may be available Bonus points if you have: You have one or more of the following certifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) * CompTIA Security+ As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
