The Work: * Manage and oversee all aspects of technical projects within a SOC environment, ensuring timely and successful delivery. * Lead agile project teams, implementing agile methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity. * Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure adherence to project objectives. * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain agile practices. * Create detailed reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to clients and stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly, providing solutions and escalation paths as necessary. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and final deliverables. * Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and procedures within the SOC environment. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
