About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Project Manager with over 13+ years of experience leading complex, high-stakes technical projects. Client facing Technical Project Manager with experience of running Open source technology projects using Agile process .You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of key initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest technical standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and optimizing project workflows.

This is a high-visibility role that requires both technical depth and refined leadership skills. You will be a key partner to senior leadership and a mentor to your project teams, helping to shape the future of our technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality execution.
• Strategic Leadership: Define project scopes, timelines, and resources while managing expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Collaboration: Foster seamless communication between engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward shared goals.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, driving resolution and mitigating impacts to project timelines and budgets.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and quality across all technical initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and transparent status reports.
• Resource & Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets to ensure successful delivery without compromising on quality.
• Mentorship & Development: Lead, mentor, and guide project teams, fostering professional growth and driving team success.

Desirable Skills:

• Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects successfully.
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design-driven development.
• Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing large project budgets.
