As a
Technical Project Manager for the Cloud Segment in the Cloud Memory Business Unit (CMBU) you will support Micron’s Cloud and Hyperscale data center products across a comprehensive range of DDR, LPDDR, and HBM based memory products and solutions!
You will be a primary interface for the Micron internal teams, serving as a lead project manager to help develop internal strategies to enable and ramp new products to meet business plans.
Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration across segments and other Micron internal teams, to ensure timely product enablement and successful ramp of new products.
- Internally define and execute product qualification plans and schedules.
- Ensuring sample requirements within the Could market segment are identified and forecasted.
- Help identify and resolve risks and challenges to ensure the meeting of sample requests for qualification in collaboration with Micron internal teams.
- Work with Micron development, validation, and ecosystem teams on the product qualification process to ensure critical product requirements are met.
- Internally manage quarterly revenue expectations as they relate to sample shipments.
- Give technical and business input internally as it relates to Micron’s products and overall business needs.
- Provide regular market segment updates to Micron management.
- Work closely with Micron Business Development, Business Management, and Program Management teams to align Micron’s product roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management skills, and executive presentation abilities are key requirements.Minimum 5 years of Memory or related high-tech experience including interaction with engineering and product development teams. Preferably within Memory, Cloud/Hyperscale companies or related field. Understanding of server system architecture, data center design, Memory device design, and applications engineer.Proven record working with multi-functional teams and internally communicating business impacts and tradeoffs. A strong, driven personality who can work with various internal Micron teams.College degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or business/marketing coupled with significant technical experience.Travel up < 10% to various Micron offices may be required.
