Position Summary



The Technical Project Manager will lead and oversee technical project execution in a SaFE Agile environment, manage cross-functional team efforts, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions in IAM projects. This role involves managing both people and project deliverables, with a focus on release planning and execution in a DevSecOps environment for IAM projects.



Responsibilities


People Management

  • Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors
  • Manage performance by setting clear goals and expectations
  • Recognize outstanding performance and foster strong relationships with team members and departments
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, security standards, and training requirements


Project Management

  • Manage project plans, schedules, and lead change management processes in a SaFE Agile environment
  • Oversee delivery of new features, enhancements, and software releases
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Track project performance and generate reports to enhance team efficiency through Agile methodologies
  • Maintain regular communication and clear reporting to senior and executive stakeholders


Technical Release Management

  • Demonstrate expertise in the software development life cycle
  • Manage development and deployment best practices in an Azure DevSecOps environment
  • Coordinate continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure timely and smooth releases
  • Collaborate with engineers to manage code merges and branching strategies
  • Schedule and coordinate releases across multiple applications and project portfolios
  • Maintain a centralized release calendar to streamline project visibility




Requirements



  • Proven experience in technical project and release management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage complex release cycles across multiple teams and products
