Role Overview

We're looking for a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to join our agile team and help drive successful product delivery for our clients. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the high-quality standards Iterator is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of multiple client projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
• Facilitate efficient communication between cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product consultants
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or blockers
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Manage project scope, identifying and addressing scope creep early to maintain project integrity
• Document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes to ensure knowledge preservation
• Support the implementation of our iterative build process methodology
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our project management practices and processes
  

Qualifications
Required

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital product or software development environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  

Preferred

• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce industries
• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams
• Understanding of software development principles and technical requirements gathering
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
