RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Technical Project Manager to join their team.

Overview:

This person will be acting as a liaison between the business and IT and spearheading high level strategy throughout the group. Overall, this role will encompass strategy, budget planning (strategic planning processes), presenting to stakeholders, driving deadlines/timelines, assist with transitions, etc. Their IT team is mainly focused on the applications and software that drives this with an emphasis on java/react/Google Cloud Platform and operating in a quick and fast paced agile environment. This project manager will be leveraging the Microsoft suite and smartsheets. Lastly, they need to be a very strong communicator and collaborator. They will be working with many different teams from security, networking, engineering and the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager in a complex environment
• Ability to understand technical software concepts (Java, react, cloud, etc.)
• Large enterprise experience
• Retail experience required
• Expertise in project strategy, planning and execution
• Strong ability to present to stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Retail experience as a whole is required; Merchandising experience isn't a must (would be a big plus)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
