We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive strategic and technical initiatives across a critical Data Center real estate portfolio.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple technical projects focused on data and control centers within a highly secure infrastructure environment. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical execution, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful delivery from design to implementation.

Working at both strategic and tactical levels, you’ll coordinate with contract managers, technical specialists, and external suppliers to realize technical optimizations.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring projects meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and guide teams of architects and technical advisors to define project scope and requirements.
• Monitor progress throughout design and implementation, addressing technical adjustments and changes.
• Ensure technical quality and compliance within all defined frameworks.
• Advise on complex technical issues and validate technical specifications.
• Lead market dialogues and design validation during tender and design phases.
• Promote innovative, energy-efficient solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• HBO+ education in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex, secure data center projects.
• Strong technical leadership with hands-on knowledge in:
• Cooling technologies, air treatment, and climate control systems
• Maintenance of mission-critical installations
• Electrical systems, emergency power (generators/UPS), and data networks (preferred)
