We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business Responsibilities (KRA) :
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring resource alignment, team productivity, and goal clarity.
Monitor and report on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to senior leadership and clients.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure adherence to technical standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Lead stakeholder communication and manage expectations through clear and structured updates.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices, tools, and frameworks.
Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster leadership and execution Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale software development projects.
Strong technical background with understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, APIs,
and modern development stacks.
Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working with C-level executives.
Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.
