Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring resource alignment, team productivity, and goal clarity.
  • Monitor and report on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to senior leadership and clients.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and manage expectations through clear and structured updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster leadership and execution Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale software development projects.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, APIs,

and modern development stacks.

  • Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working with C-level executives.
  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.
