Project Initiation and Planning :

• Lead the initiation and planning phases of projects, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project plans.

• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Ensure clear communication, roles, and responsibilities within the team.
  
  

Timeline And Progress Management

• Establish project timelines and monitor progress.
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  
  

Stakeholder Satisfaction

• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by maintaining open communication and addressing concerns.
• Manage relationships between clients and project stakeholders.
  
  

Performance Evaluation

• Evaluate project performance against established goals and objectives.
• Implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  
  

Risk Mitigation

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively manage and reduce project risks.
  
  

Sprint And Milestone Planning

• Lead sprint/milestone planning, grooming, and retrospective sessions.
  
  

Project Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Azure Board, Microsoft Office, and Project Professionals.
  
  

Additional Certifications

• Scrum certifications and Project Management Professional (PMP) experience are considered valuable add-ons.
