A motivated and capable Technical Project Management (Associate)

Our products are relied upon by users all over the world to provide a seamless and effective service wherever and whenever they need it. Software artefacts are provided by our development teams.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Lead end-to-end project management for critical platform and infrastructure initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Facilitate sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates on all platform initiatives
- Track and report on project KPIs and adherence to planned timelines
- Manage project resources, budget, and scope
Your tasks will be to
- Work closely with the Platform Tech and other relevant squads/guilds ( Business-facing squads, Product, QA, Operations, Growth etc ) in order to proactively identify, own and execute delivery plans and dependencies and
- Develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Build trust with business-facing squads through transparent communication
- Establish clear prioritization frameworks for platform initiatives
- Deliver comprehensive weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation accessible to all stakeholders
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of platform initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Foster collaboration between technical and business teams
- Balance technical debt reduction with feature development
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in platform reliability and performance
To be successful
You will have:
Project Management Skills
- Expertise in Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
- Experience with roadmapping and strategic planning tools( Miro etc. )
- Strong skills in risk management and mitigation
- Resource allocation and capacity planning expertise
- Budget management and cost control experience
Communication & Leadership Skills
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and obtaining approvals
- Excellent negotiation and prioritization skills when managing competing demands
- Ability to build consensus across diverse teams with differing priorities
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Technical Knowledge Requirements (Preferred)
- Reasonable understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), CI/CD, DevOps and Engineering SDLC practices
- Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed system interdependencies
- Knowledge of API management and integration patterns
- Appreciation for security and compliance requirements in infrastructure design
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science / Business or similar from a leading University
- 3+ years of project management experience in technology environments
- 1+ years managing infrastructure or platform projects specifically
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successful technical project delivery
- Experience working with distributed technical teams
- Experience working with squad style teams with multi-functional disciplines
