As a Technical Project Lead, you will:

✔️ Lead exciting acoustic and soundproofing projects in Bulgaria and abroad

✔️ Manage installation teams on site

✔️ Oversee quality, deadlines, and safety

✔️ Communicate, coordinate, and solve technical challenges

✔️ Provide feedback to DECIBEL engineers and management

🎓 You Bring:

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong English & MS Office skills
• Project experience + team leadership
• Loyalty, work ethic, and responsibility
