该职位来源于猎聘岗位职责:

推动 LotusFlare 软件产品特性的策略、愿景、优先级和执行的进步; 2. 定义衡量业务驱动因素的核心指标;
主导产品创新的需求点的产生、开发和上线;
将可用性研究、研究报告和市场分析数据整合，以提升禅意和提高用户满意度;
分析和监控定性和定量数据，用以提升用户体验;
与包括研发、UX/UI、销售、营销和售后在内的跨职能团队合作，构建产品并管理复杂的跨职能项目。
Contribute to the strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare’s software stack;
Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business;
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products;
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience;
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success to build products and manage complex, cross-functional projects.）

岗位要求:

本科学历及以上，工程或计算机专业相关专业优先; 2. 1 - 3 年软件开发经验，有 SaaS 公司产品管理经验者优先;
能有效地综合不同的定量和定性数据集，快速做出数据驱动的决策； 4. 有 SQL 和 Python 操作经验者优先； 5. 有使用 Tableau 或其他报表和可视化工具经验者优先；
较强的沟通能力，注重细节，并能管理多个项目和关联团队。
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or CS from a top tier school; advanced degreesa plus;
Have 1 to 3 years of Software Engineering experience, and Product Management experience from a top SaaS firm is a plus;
Effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions;
Experience with SQL and Python skills is a plus;
Experience with Tableau or other reporting and visualization tool is a plus;
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.)
