Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with experience in server hardware design, development, and deployment at scale. This position will work with cross-functional teams in Meta's Infrastructure organization to drive product definition, proof-of-concept generation, design, component selection, integration, development, validation, and end-to-end adoption of new server hardware products. This position would focus on emerging next-generation Compute and Storage servers supporting Meta's large scale production workloads. This position would focus on creating strategies and executing plans to drive the development and deployment of new generation server platforms. You would work with external and internal partners to influence and define roadmaps based on technical and business considerations, build program structure, and drive integration with Meta's distributed software systems. This role would own one or more individual development programs where you would lead end-to-end success of the product; this include hardware design and development, software tooling, functional and performance testing, plus enabling new and existing software applications for production turn-up.B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, technical product/program management, or similar experience Knowledge of server systems, CPUs, GPUs, Memory, ASICs Experience delivering hardware programs or products from inception to delivery Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope Experience leading cross-functional teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership to develop systems, solutions, and products Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management or Engineering Management Experience in hardware project life cycle management Experience with data center architecture and deployment Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers and other vendors Experience working in a start-up environment and technical infrastructure management
