We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our MLOps platform. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, account growth capabilities, a product mindset, and strong program management skills. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering, data science, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Lead the development of features that facilitate easy deployment of services from notebooks, infrastructure as code generation, CI/CD pipeline automation, and monitoring dashboards. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales, marketing to deliver system integration and AI/ML projects.

Account Growth: Build trust and foster relationships with clients. Navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality work while identifying opportunities for organic account growth. Identify opportunities and gaps in the market, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Product Mindset: Conduct user discovery sessions to build user maps and customer journeys. Navigate easily between the strategic and tactical level: Develop strategic plans and product roadmap documents, collect and review product analytics. At the tactical level, execute through user stories and implement new product functionality.

Program Management: Drive agile processes within a startup environment to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Communicate project progress effectively while addressing obstacles and bottlenecks.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a technical product management role or similar capacity within AI/ML environments. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with MLOps practices. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on strategic thinking.
