Title: Technical Program Manager (Remote – Preference for Portsmouth or Seattle)

Job Description:

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager with deep experience driving multi-year, cross-functional technology initiatives. You’ll lead program execution, manage dependencies, and partner with both product and technical leadership to ensure agile delivery at scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming strategic vision into technical roadmaps, driving execution across product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of $3M–$10M/year technology investments across multiple domains
• Define multi-year program roadmaps, tech dependencies, and Agile delivery plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact solutions
• Act as the point of contact for program status, metrics, and execution risks
• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote delivery excellence across teams
• Monitor program financials, Agile maturity, and team health
• Travel occasionally if required (2x/year or hybrid if local)

Required Skills:

• 7+ years as Technical Program Manager or Sr. Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program-level metrics
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Background in property & casualty insurance or other technical industries
• Proficient with MS Office, including PowerPoint & Excel

Preferred:

• Previous insurance industry experience
• Experience leading programs in cloud or enterprise-scale systems
