Job Description:-

1. Program Leadership for Zoura & AYDEN:

• Lead the successful delivery of technical projects under the Zoura and AYDEN programs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication between cross-functional teams to align goals and timelines.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams for both Zoura and AYDEN programs to define requirements and technical objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between different stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

1. Risk & Issue Management:

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in the Zoura and AYDEN projects.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and work with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.

1. Process Optimization:

• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes for the Zoura and AYDEN initiatives.
• Establish and maintain best practices for project execution, ensuring the teams follow industry-standard frameworks like Agile or Scrum.

1. Program Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track the progress of all Zoura and AYDEN-related initiatives and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain program dashboards, highlighting key metrics and program health (e.g., timelines, deliverables, milestones).

1. Budget & Resource Management:

• Oversee the allocation of resources and manage program budgets for the Zoura and AYDEN programs.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources while adhering to the project’s scope and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a focus on delivering complex software or technical programs.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
• Skills:
• Expertise in managing projects using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
