About the Position
As a mid-senior level Technical Program Manager/Team Lead in the Strategic Projects group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a technical team dedicated to clients success. The primary function of this role is to develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. The Technical Program Manager Strategic Projects will serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, planning and executing business development strategies to maximize the value of the client relationship.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / (year/hour)
The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates.
Essential Responsibilities
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all client account matters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with client accounts to expand the use of NEIs services.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance client satisfaction and growth.
Leads and mentors a technical team while fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with NEIs core values of Serving Others, Enriching Environment, Improving Continually, and Delivering Quality Results.
Coordinates with team members to ensure successful project execution.
Oversees and enforces project quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between team members and clients.
Monitors and analyzes team performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
Attends conferences, training workshops, seminars as appropriate for advancement and as required to maintain quality of work.
Attends safety training and follows safety rules and guidelines.
Other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
Must Have
Education: Bachelors in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology from an accredited institution, electric power option preferred
Experience: 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
Licensure:
Possesses effective written and oral communications skills
Good interpersonal and people skills
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
