CBTS is seeking a Technical Program Manager. This position will coordinate with the clients PMO and leadership to help build and lead an Epic Readiness Project. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of Epic software, ensuring the readiness of their IT systems and processes to fully utilize the system. This role involves expertise in the Epic software, client relationship management, and project management, with the goal of helping healthcare organizations achieve their goals through the successful implementation of Epic. This project will also entail a large-scale end user device inventory assessment across every facility and clinic location, a Gap Analysis, WiFI assessments.
Candidate must be open to HYBRID in the Indianapolis metro area.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guiding Clients
- Working directly with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
IT Readiness Assessment
- Evaluating the client's existing IT infrastructure and processes to ensure they can support Epic software effectively.
Project Management
- Planning, organizing, and executing various tasks and initiatives related to the implementation project, including building tracking, testing, and reporting.
Client Education and Training
- Helping clients develop the necessary skills to use the Epic software effectively through training programs and knowledge transfer.
Communication and Relationship Building:
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, PMO, and internal team members.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Addressing technical issues and challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
Strong Technical Knowledge
- A deep understanding of Epic software, its functionalities, and its integration with other IT systems.
Project Management
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Other desired skills:
- Extensive experience managing large project within the Healthcare IT domain (8+ years)
- Experience working on Epic focused projects (any and all modules, client is moving 95% to Epic, including Epic AI products)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
