Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing programs across the full software development life-cycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with software engineering teams on health and fitness programs.
- Experience working in health, consumer electronics, or wearables technologies.
- Experience driving mobile application programs and building applications.
- Experience with hardware and software development cycles and processes that ensure product launch or go-to-market execution.
- Ability to execute, prioritize, and influence multiple changing programs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate and build alignment with cross-functional partners such as, Product Management, Engineering, Design, User Experience, Customer Support, and Marketing to define workstreams, requirements, schedules, resourcing, and milestones.
- Develop data-driven insights and solutions to issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence program execution and strategy.
- Communicate project status to different audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to run projects from early exploration to model development to user validation to production.
- Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
