Slalom Mexico is looking for a Technical Program Manager that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
• Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits
• Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management) ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to tailor project approaches based on specific project requirements and goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Able to serve as a liaison between both business & technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
• Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout
• Previous project management experience with SaaS implementations, ServiceNow experience preferred
